Leadership

Pastor Ryan joined the staff of LCCA in 2009 after graduating from JMU with a degree in Philosophy & Religion. He served as the Youth and Associate Pastor from 2009 until 2018. In 2019, he was called by the church to serve as its Lead Pastor. He has been married to his High School sweetheart, Amy, since 2009.

Ryan has been active in Apologetics (the art of defending the Christian faith) and especially loves defending the historicity of Scripture, particularly the New Testament and the Gospels. 

Pastor Reed Bradley has served at LCCA since 2019. Reed holds a Masters in Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and has served in ministry of various forms for over a decade. He and his wife have been married since 2011 and are blessed with four wonderful daughters.

Reed is passionate for God’s call to biblical parenting, and family discipleship for the glory of Christ. He desires to see a generation of Christ honoring men raised up to lead their families and advance Christ’s kingdom in their daily lives.

Eddie became a member of LCCA in 2014 and an elder in 2017. He and his wife were married in the year 2000 and have two sons.

Eddie is active in the prayer ministry and desires to see the church become a house of prayer for all nations.
