Elders

LCCA is elder-led by biblically qualified men who serve as our pastors and under-shepherds of Christ our Chief Shepherd (1 Tim. 3; Titus 1; 1 Pet. 5).  Terms such as 'pastor,' 'elder,' 'bishop,' are synonymous with each other in Scripture, the title of which is only given to men who show qualifying character to care for and feed the flock that is given to them by God.

Ryan Mcallister

Lead Pastor & Music Leader

Pastor Ryan joined the staff of LCCA in 2009 after graduating from JMU with a degree in Philosophy & Religion. He served as the Youth and Associate Pastor from 2009 until 2018. In 2019, he was called by the church to serve as its Lead Pastor. He has been married to his High School sweetheart, Amy, since 2009, and the Lord has blessed them with one son.

Ryan has been active in Apologetics (the art of defending the Christian faith) and especially loves defending the historicity of Scripture, particularly the New Testament and the Gospels.

Reed Bradley

Pastor of Families and Discipleship

Pastor Reed Bradley has served at LCCA since 2019. Reed holds a Masters in Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and has served in ministry of various forms for over a decade. He and his wife have been married since 2011 and are blessed with four wonderful daughters.

Reed is passionate for God’s call to biblical parenting, and family discipleship for the glory of Christ. He desires to see a generation of Christ honoring men raised up to lead their families and advance Christ’s kingdom in their daily lives.

Eddie Exline

Elder

Eddie became a member of LCCA in 2014 and an elder in 2017. He and his wife were married in the year 2000 and have two sons.

Eddie is active in the prayer ministry and desires to see the church become a house of prayer for all nations.

Our Deacons, Church Officers & Ministry Leads

Deacons are recognized by the church as faithful servants, whose model of good works gains confidence in the gospel and cares for the physical needs of the church body
(Acts 6:1–7; 1 Tim 3:8–13). While Elders must be male, deacons, may be male or female (1 Tim 3:11–12; Rom 16:1–2), serve the church and help in a variety of ministries.
Church Officers preform specific functions as set forth in our Constitution.
Ministry Leaders & Coordinators help make sure the ministries they work in function well.

Preschool Leadership

LCCA believes strongly in Christian Education. The Lord has blessed us with an amazing Preschool and amazing teachers to direct this ministry. Our Preschool is not a completely separate entity from our church and therefore is under the Elder's direction.
