LCCA Constitution Update 2026

In 2025, LCCA voted to incorporate and obtain it's own 501c3. This requires our church to make changes to our constitution to be in line with the legal requirements of Corporations in Virginia and 501c3 entities. No updates to our Constitution were made to change the spiritual or doctrinal beliefs of LCCA. Upon approval of the church by vote, we hired Reynold's Law Group, PLLC. With their guidance and expertise, the Elders have been able to review the changes and making updates to the Constitution to help streamline the way our church functions (but no changes will drastically change any major way our church functions).

To help you better understand the changes and updates, we are providing a digital copy of our 2018 Constitution and the Proposed 2026 Constitution.

Updates are highlighted throughout the document. Green highlights are streamlining/updates, while Orange/Red denotes Corporation/501c3 requirements.
